All Golden Hearts Club items are produced on-demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners located in the United States. This allows us to offer consistent print quality and reduced waste.
Processing Time
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Processing times may extend during holidays and high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
Standard US shipping typically takes:
- 3–8 business days after production
Total estimated delivery for most customers: 5–13 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight, quantity, and destination. Rates are pulled directly from our fulfillment partners to ensure accuracy.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ days, contact us so we can investigate with our carrier partners.
